Practical Ways to Handle Stress

1. Figure out where the stress is coming from.Well, if you do not know where the stress is coming from, it will be difficult to handle. Those sources are called stressors.

2. Consider what you can control—and work on that.
"While you can’t control what your boss does, what your in-laws say or the sour state of the economy, you can control how you react, how you accomplish work, how you spend your time and what you spend your money on"...
3. Do what you love.
You can  easily handle stress from what you do love. Also, what you love doing bring happiness to you.

4. Manage your time well.
"One of the biggest stressors for many people is lack of time" ...

Thou Shall not Fear Failure (2)

Failure is not an option, it's MANDATORY. To fall is mandatory for a baby learning how to walk. To write rubbish is mandatory for a rookie writer. To make a very uninteresting speech is a reality for an upcoming speaker. To make losses is part of a baby entrepreneur.
But to learn and to improve is the sweetest and true of those going to be great out of all these!
If you think  it is true and you have a story on it, feel free to share it through commenting!

ENVISIONING THE PERFECT SELF

"What's the nature of your life? Day to day living or do you have a mental blueprint of your perfect self you do always strive to be or to achieve?
Perfection is only theory, yes I do agree, but striving towards perfection is a true, achievable and worthy act. Nothing also prevents you from having a mental picture of the perfect person of yourself.
Day by day, week by week, year by year, strive hard to move steps closer to your perfect self.
Remember this: my definition of success is this-
Success is not a destination to arrive at but it is maintaining a steady, consistent, error based walk through the path to your perfect self"

Top Five Regrets That Dying People Do Have

This article originated from Bronnie Ware, an Australian palliative care nurse who provides specialised medical care for people who are in the last 12 weeks of their lives. She recorded the dying thoughts of her patient on her blog Inspiration and Chai, which became so popular and she wrote a book about the same  “The Top Five Regrets of the Dying”. The regrets of people were:
  1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
  2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
  3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
  4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
  5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
You should not have to have the same regrets by doing the following as suggested by George Ambler:
  1. Decide to live your dreams whilst you still have your health.
  2. Don’t work too much. Get off the treadmill of endless work.
  3. Take time to express your feelings to those you love and to those who care about you.
  4. Cultivate friendships. Don’t let your friendships slip.
  5. Happiness is a choice. Make the decision to be happy every day
